1. Using Product Mockups
How are "After Effects" mockups different to PSD mockups sold on many other websites?
PSD mockups are designed to be used with Photoshop, where our AE mockups are designed for After Effects. They're almost the same, with an exception that AE mockups can also be animated.
Are AE mockups only for animation, or can I render still product images as well?
You sure can. The resolution won't be as high as you'd get with most PSD files, but its more than plenty for product listings. Our mockups can be rendered at a max resolution of 1500x2000px
Can I rotate these mockups like real 3d models within After Effects?
You can rotate the boxes, but not the bottles. Bottles can only be viewed from a "front-on" view. But you can rotate them full 360-degrees along their vertical axis.
What if I can't find a mockup for my product?
No problem! Email us a photo of your product to support@mockups360.com and we'll create it for you within 48h free of charge.
2. Using Video Templates
What are video templates and what can I do with them?
Our video templates will help you quikcly create product impressive video content about your products. They're a great way to speed up the otherwise slow and tedious process of building an product video from scratch.
I don't like the colour and fonts used in a template. Can I change them?
Ofcourse. We've even created a whole bunch of tools that will help you to do that. Make sure to check our video tutorials section to see how this work.
What version of After Effects do I need to use these templates?
Our mockups and video templates are compatible with After Effects CC15 and newer
Do I need any plugins to use these templates?
You don't.

Can you make us a viral video?
No. Viral videos are a "myth" that everyone's chasing but can't quite tell what it looks like. However one thing we can do for you is build you an awesome video that shows off your product in the best light possible.
4. Sales and Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Sure - if there is an actual problem with one of our product mockups or video templates, and we can't fix it within a reasonable timeframe then we will issue you a refund.
Can I get a refund if I don't have the right version or After Effects or don't know how to use what I've bought?
No. All necessary information is listed on each product page. Tutorials are free to watch before making a purchase therefore refunds won't be issued for any reasons that start with "I didn't realize..."
